Community Health Needs Assessment

UNC Lenoir Health Care, Lenoir County Health Department, Kinston Community Health Center and Lenoir County Alliance for a Healthy Community last conducted a community health needs assessment in 2018. While these organizations led the process, many partners were involved in the collaboration and will be working together to improve the health status in Lenoir County.

UNC Lenoir Health Care is pleased to make community health data and resources available to our community. The Lenoir Hospital Foundation has provided financial support to make this information available online.
